In accordance with legal regulations, personal data such as the customer’s identity and address will be stored within the legal time limits, and compliance with the information retention, reporting, and notification obligations set forth by legal authorities is mandatory. Personal data will be recorded, stored, protected, classified, updated, and shared with third parties within legal limits, as long as necessary for our business processes or legal obligations.

Personal data at our company may be shared with legally authorized official authorities requesting customer information, our major shareholders, our group companies, domestic/foreign subsidiaries (directly/indirectly), third parties from whom we obtain services to carry out our activities, collaborating organizations, program partners, parties engaged in co-branding, and third parties they cooperate with, limited to the intended purpose.

According to the KVKK, you have the rights to inquire whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, request correction of any incomplete or incorrect personal data, request that the correction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions specified in Article 7 of the KVKK (except where legally restricted), request that the deletion/destruction request be communicated to third parties to whom it has been transferred, object to a result arising against you due to the exclusively automated processing of your data, and demand compensation for damages if you suffer any loss due to unlawful processing.
